Jannet Cruz-Regalado is a lawyer, acts as legal consultant to the Country Chairman and President of the Shell Companies in the Philippines, and a Professor of Law at the University of the Philippines , De La Salle University and the Lyceum College of Law.  She finished A.B. Political Science and her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of the Philippines.

She started her legal career as a lawyer in the Carpio Villaraza and Cruz Law Offices in 1989 .  After a few years, she shifted to corporate lawyering for First Lepanto Corporation. Subsequently, she joined the Shell Companies in the Philippines, an oil and gas company, where she served as legal counsel in a team of five senior lawyers in its Legal Department.  After four years, she was assigned to oversee the Industrial and Employee Relations Department of Shell, then eventually rose to head its Legal Department as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. When Shell Philippines structure and operations were globalized and the company became public listed, Jannet handled two major management roles – Vice President for Legal in the Philippines and Managing Counsel of Global Litigation for the Asia Pacific Region.  After a few years, she became Vice President for Legal and Chief Corporate Compliance Officer. She is an active member of various organizations focused on legal advocacy, innovations and improvements in legal skill sets.

Jannet is married to a lawyer too and has three children.

Dr. Christopher To is an independent mediator, adjudicator and arbitrator who is on the panels of various leading global alternative dispute resolution bodies. He has arbitrated a variety of domestic and international cases involving both ad-hoc and institutional arbitrations; mediated and adjudicated many international and domestic cases and has represented clients as Counsel in cases at the Magistrate, District, High Court, the Commission of Inquiry, disciplinary proceedings as well as in international arbitrations and mediations. He is an accredited mediator, accredited adjudicator, chartered arbitrator, chartered engineer, chartered information technology professional and a barrister-at-law.

Mr. Jose Martin R. Tensuan obtained his Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Philippines, Diliman Quezon City in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from the Ateneo de Manila University Law School, Makati City.  He became a partner in the Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW) in 2007 and is on his 5th year as the Monitor of its Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department

He handles a diverse array of litigation cases involving constitutional, civil, criminal, commercial, construction, corporate and environmental matters, among others.  Atty. Tensuan has extensive experience in handling disputes before the Construction Industry Arbitration Commission such as those involving airports, expressways and other developments.  Moreover, he is an advocate in international and domestic commercial arbitration cases before the Hongkong International Arbitration Center and the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center (PDRC) involving disputes in mining and joint venture agreements.

Mr. Tensuan is active in several legal and professional organizations , both domestic and international, including the PDRC, International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) , Philippine Bar Association (PBA) and the International Bar Association, to name a few.
